...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for Chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Salary is a decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Learning, work envirment, innovation, travel are already good but salary is little batter to other companies. The culture and potitics are not good. But after all working envirment and my working staff very supporting. I am so thankful for my college and company staff to giving me a working opportunity. Good experience.

Company's culture and salary are average.but in production time its culture totally negative from company reputation. Because nobody likes 14 to 16 hours work.

Working with experience persons experience was good and able to handling manpower and management of production.

No chance to take dislike and Mahindra farm equipment sector nagpur was superb experience of any positions .

Here i have got many learning opportunities where in work with differ Team and in different area or in different departments. Also worked on different project there and also got appreciation from senior leadership.

Salary appraisal and promotion is the worst part of the organisation what I have feel while working there.

The only good things is that company is in nagpur trainee don't required to travel out of the nagpur expect nothing good in the company

They don't treat diploma or iti qualified person well they think they are labour of daily wages, Company treats the permanent employees like the owner of company every perks every benefits goes to them we Diploma Trainee And ITI Holder works more then them and we don't even get 10% of salary of any permanent employees the every officer or employees behavior is very bad expect very few of them speaks very well to the us the cell member is very greedy they are hungry for money
