...any's founder Sairee Chahal and her close staff is so insensitive on everything. Whether it is your salary, promotion, anything, they don't care. They never respond to any query. T Company has no process at all. Salaries delays for employees who are not favourite but others get on time. Promotions are something that doesn't exist. No appraisals. People are working here for years and haven't received any appraisals. I've led their Frontend part for 3.8 years. When I left the company, my 1.5 months salary was pending and they've not paid it yet. This is not a company actually but just a center for some folks who're working there. You can cross check with all the previous employees who left. You'll here same story.

- Salary get delayed for months and nobody from management informs until you ask. The management never respond. - Political work culture which makes it tough to work and gets very stressful. - No appraisal since years and no one asks even. If you'll ask then the management clearly denies it - No long term clear vision and the founder keeps coming once in two months to only give motivational speech. - The founder don't care of its employees except a few.
