1. The working environment gets hostile at times. 2. No Paid leaves + you are insulted when you ask for leaves (even after your salary deduction) 3. Work-Life balance can not be attained here. 4. Employees are not treated as assets rather just a tool to get their work done on time.

Dislikes

Since the firm is on its way to become a big firm, you may get good exposure in limited areas. If you’re looking for experience in a single area, this may be the best place for you. But if you are looking for all-round role, you may not get what you’re expecting.

The organization is open to new ideas and suggestions from employees .Strict work timings help to develop discipline in the long run.

Dislikes

Remuneration is decent but growth is very slow. Work pressure is too high. The owners do not value the juniors opinions. Further, favoritism is very much prevalent in the organization. There is only growth for the persons who can cater needs of the owners. Overall, not a good choice if you want to work in a professional organization.
