The payment is not on time they have not paid my last month salary till date its more than 2 months now . They don't answer the call Mahesh Tutorials is worst to work . As the teachers are also leaving the institute.

It gives complete freedom to a teacher to teach the way they want. It focuses on in-teacher training. Teachers are reviewed at the end of the academic yr so consistency throughout the yr matters. Work culture very cool and friendly.

Dislikes

They don't pay you on time. Salary for April-2020 was released in last week of july-2020. Increments are not released on time. Tax deducted on time but for 16A has been uploaded for only one quarter. So no financial security. Besides this, it's the best place to work.

I have left Mahesh tutorials in the month of November 2019 and from that time to till date I have not received my salary nor they have given me my relieving letter which is very much disappointing as I am not able to go ahead and my bank balance has also come to an end. Please help me with the money part which was hard earned money

The salary part as it was told we will receive it by 5 or 10th of every month but we used to receive it at the month end.

Good skill development and learning experience. Good types of working procedure. New innovative advanced technology based work. Ovarall company work profile are good.

... was good but faced very much team politics. Work environment was not satisfied. No salary growth. No job security

Ratings already says alot..havent received my FNF money till date.. officially they said it will take 90 days..its been 5 months now..also no reverts on mail despite of reminders.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Infact calls for meetings gives unimaginable tasks n targets,humiliation like anything for NO REASON.
