...hrough non ethical ways. No engineering standards are followed during works. Too much expectations from such low salary. If you want only money with no self respect then you can join MRIPL. A non technical person, an data operator is on post of senior project manager and handling company in his non engineering ways. Too much politics and grouping so worst environment for work.

One of the popular company in infrastructure there is so many telented employees with good heart's awesome environment, management always incurage and motivation to every one, always free to take decision and speak...!!

Internal Politics, Trust issues, Quality of Work, Third class Staff which was joined from 2013, Very high expectations of company for fake billing and no returns against the same, Directors blindness, Castism Politics.

uneducated management. They dont have basic etiquettes. illmannered management. good for married women who are not very ambitious and want stable job with low hike and have aptience to tolerate managements unethical behaviour. family owned business so it has all the flaws of family owned business. Too much politics in company and company growth is stagnant. All the good reviews written are written after management instructions.NO job security. And too many restrictions on people. Management has hatred for marathi people. so marathi speaking is not allowed in company. wearing chappals or sandals not allowed. food restrictions. they feel like they own their employees.
