Very happy with to working with my team aspecially happy to have good managers Kishore sir nd vinodh sir.

Coming to my working place some people are creating disturbances and spoil the atmosphere management wise everything was good .

Very good management i used to get incentives as well as coupons its depend on us how you work you will get benefits.but growth i didnt see in this company over all its a good company very good management who helps employees in all time.

Mahavir is the best example of how a company shouldn't be, company tag line says creating values through relationship which is so funny for that organization, if it is creating values through money would suit the company, work culture, company policies are one of the waste topics to speak about for this company which is fully favorable for the company alone. I think the company has some value because of the big brands they are dealing with.

One and only worst company I never want to work with or recommend to others especially freshers, I gave a single star rating because it is the only least rating option available. The office will be fully loaded with a negative aura if you join with full positivity and confidence which won't last for long, If you talk about career growth or salary appraisal better don't ask which you won't get or if you are lucky enough then you might get like 1500 to 2000 max after working for a year which I should get but the pandemic was the reason to hold my hike that is acceptable because no one predicted the situation, but "The best part here is in my lifetime I don't think I could experience this, which is decreasing CTC", reason being pandemic, I think Mahavir Group is the only company which took the full advantage of a pandemic, After requesting for many time finally gave permissions to work from home with some conditions no holidays or leaves and no internet cost will be provided by the company the best part is they took "Provident Fund (PF)" amount from every employee reason being we worked from home for 3months which was our benefit. DISANTAVAGES: 1. TRANSPORTATION: No Transportation is provided or No Transportation Alivances are provided by the company 2. FOOD: Food is not provided and Non-Veg is not allowed in the office including egg. 3. LEAVES: 2Leaves for the month 4. HOLIDAYS: Only public holidays and very few big festivals like Diwali 5. WORKING DAYS: 6Days a Week and Sundays for an hour for few teams and no extra payment will be provided for working extra hours or on Sundays 6. TIMINGS: 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM The above mentioned are my personal experiences which I faced in Mahavir, I highly recommend not to join this organization, if you want to grow your career and increase your life span.

The way the top level management takes care of the employees,they are really awesome

The company is good overall but only in the time review meeting they bilndly flow few of the third party people opinions and take decision i personally fell the management should also talk to the employee and make decisions
