As all a Lala type company, a huge politics inside the company and department. No exact job roll and responsibilities. A big communication gaps within top management and down the level. No canteen No uniforms No job security No career growth

It is good opportunity for the GETs to learn lots of things in this company. One can learn so many things regarding die casting and VL have a good growth in his carrear. We manufacture parts for company's like Autolive, Danfoss, Ather, Radio design ect. Which are big MNCs and I feel happyto be part of this projects cause u can learn more.. and from different parts of India employees are wrong here so u can enjoy working.

Dislikes

Compensation is good. The work pressure is very high. Something, I have to work for 12-14 hours straight in a day as I am working in NPD Department. The work which is done by Junior is not recognized.

Company payment to employee is too good at time but the culture of the company is not professional. Yes boss type seniors is there. If you follow yes boss theory you will be good enough. Top management is involved in playing politics with employee.
