The people who worked with me were very supportive in my work in Mahavir Cancer Sansthan Institute and wherever I faced difficulties, they help me. There no job security in there, it can go away any time, no matter how devotional you work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not sufficient for the post and their work.

I have opportunity to explore new methods to manage procurement and even timely conduct quality check for further improvement administration supportive in implementation of new ideas.

Dislikes

Salary growth too slow and in respect to work load and work pressure. No Career opportunity further its position are static. No orientation or training for freshers to know what exactly the post demands.

6 month internship in Microbiology, Biochemical test and Histopatholog test. It was extremely helpful to understand the basic conflict management options. Applying these to a specific issue that I am dealing with helped me get past a big hurdle. Quality of the content was excellent. Nice balance of theory and practice. I feel confident in applying this approach to different situations.
