... THAT THIS BOX BECOME SMALL WHEN COMPARED 1. All rules are against employees. 2. No salary slip given by HR. 3. No salary hike. 4.Only work and work beyond office timing. 5. Pathetic work culture. 6 Meeting call at the time of leaving office. 7. 10 hours 9-7 working that can go beyond that till 11 pm if required. 8. No Bonus, No health insurance, No life, No benefits. 9 They start playing mind games when you ask for hike, or try resign. 10. Strict bond for 3 years or more then that. 11. Strict office time penalty if you are late for 1 minutes but they want to work more then office hours. 12. No senior support, every one try impress Top Management. Note- if you want to work like slave then you can join this company

Owner based company, lot of politics, no career growth, bond system, no job training, even no Salary slip, haven't recieved any kind of joining documents, work culture to work more than office hours, not any kind of employee facility i.e. Cab, food,PF etc, seniors doesn't know how to train juniors, no proper documentation work,..... Inshort everything worse
