I got opportunity to handle team of marketing persons and applied my experience to increase business. Things which earlier was not done in professional way, I got chance to do it in professional way.

Hospital management was good..but it was not so satisfying..

There is no progression in your job ..and salary increment is not done..job security is also not there..anytime you would be transferred.or may lose the job..you may be in incharge at the same time you will be demoted to normal pharmacist at the very next month
