i like HR team, most courteous, pleasant and helpful, Top management, CEO, MD, are great in experience, knowledge, and very interactive with staffs. overall great company for skill development, work life balance, salary was less compared to other companies, but you should be happy.

...ose who works hard wont get appreciated and someone else will take the credits 2) Appoints people with zero knowledge with highly paid salary only based on recommendations , especially to projects main posts like Leads, RCM ,etc.

I feel Mahathi Infra Services Pvt Ltd is really good choice to work. Salary always on time, appraisals happens but late. Found no politics, one can learn good things which are beneficial for self & company growth, work environment is perfect since hierarchies are very supportive in all aspects. Pure corporate culture is must to be innovated, work & self life one has to balance.

No work life balance, no clearty about office timings, work upto 14 hours a day, no job security, no good promotion even hike, no skill development or training conducted by company, work culture is not good, company culture is not good

They treat us like a family and coming to the work load every company will be expecting from us for which they are paying us and in the same way mahathi also thinks. No company pays us for sitting idle.
