This is one of the best place to learn about tcic and bs2 , bs3 engine. Salary for apprenticeship is good. Work environment is ok. Work life balance is ok at workshops. Teammates are good.

Dislikes

Work environment is not good for health. New technology/ modern equipment is not available there. Peoples are good by nature but most of people smoked, chewing tobbacco and kharrra and it's very bad. Cleaning.

MSRTC works for the benefit of comman people ,it provides services to all the people in the society without differetiating the people according to their cast and religion .

Salary of employees is much less compare to other such organisations

It's State cadre post .The corporation is service provider Industry (service for passengers)mainly focussed rural part of maharashtra.It works on on profit Basis with help of Government of Maharashtra.I am permanent employee of the corporation job is well secure.Man management is key job .working environment is very Good

Compensation is very poor. Growth is very poor.No consideration for extra ordinary achievements. The work pressure is very very high we need to work daily for min.12 hrs.No Support for personal skills, goals,achievements best results are always neglected.Irregular training sessions Nobody's there to teach you properly about the next & new techniques.

It is wonderful organization for middle way life spending security life. Also very big chain which learned about semi and higher Governance knowledge.

Dislikes

Things are most needed is digital up gradations is must nowdays and organization have very vast deta to analysis and summarised. Without upgraded with efficient machinery and related options.

All types of policies framed are thoughtfull..Organisational structure is quite good but promotional policy is not appropriate & hence talented officers are not being given proper justice..

Dislikes

Promotion policy is not at all good & hence talent is neglected at officer levels..Further managerial functions are not handled properly due to lack of knowledge with the main stream officers..
