Nothing, there's nothing to like about this company.

  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

It's a terrible company to work for, u will get your salary at right time, but otherwise it's a bad company. No work culture, no Career growth. I am work here on same position for last 10years. Any ambitious person should not join this organisation, when there are ample of opportunities in MNCs. Engineers have to work in terrible conditions, no pollution norms r followed.

I am work in turbine maintanance and it is releted my branch so get the maintanance of turbine auxillari.so i interested to employee of some other compny likely as other thermal power plant.

This is a semi govt company but the work culture here is very good. It's very next to corporate culture in terms of workmanship , professionalism, etiquettes. There is great scope for learning and well supported by the training development section.
