Very bad people very bad behavior for contractual employees asking for extra work extra working days without any compensation and very bad rule for all contractual employees. No leave given and unprofessional people misuse of the power

...ores to take the responsibility of project, if any issue arise in the project. No hikes in salary and position. If u want hike in salary then you have to give the exam for next position as per govt rule. No such security provided to the project. Some times Client's get interfare into the database design. No narmalization apply on DB tables.

...ce MRSAC Nagpur is a government organization so innovation is not much accepted. Salary is quite low as employees are hired on contract basis. I worked there as an intern for 6months and they didn't provide any stipend. Work life balance is okay. Work environment is good as one gets the opportunity to work under scientists and associate scientists.
