no job Security,No leave criteria,No proper rules for employees,it changes accordingly,if Hr or MD is on leave or Contract is getting over whole company suffers,No Overtime,In field Offices they create lobbies,Hr itself sits on a blindspot and create Lobby,his Partners comments on Maharashtra peoples and there rituals,Watch news on pc hr dont say anything,does personal works total integrity, no worries to HR at Field office, some people get advantage as they are close to HR,
