The list is long - 1. No Job Security at all 2. DGM HR is so powerful that you can't even date to talk to her for any grievance. She powerful mean powerful. Her ego is higher than My Everest. 3. You can't even breath independenly. You have to take permission from HR for every thing. HR means DGM HR 4. ACPM is kind of site inspector. No office has been allocated to him. 5. They can't even think twice before firing anyone. And many more... I will recommend not to join this organisation.
