Terrible promotion policy. Different for different individuals. No homogeneous and transparent policy. DGM HR ego is higher than Mt Everest. She is the only one who got 3 promotions with in 5 yrs. She is the only one who is still serving the company from the last 6 yrs and this year they put a filter of 5 yrs and click every one out from the company those have already served 5 yrs but DGM HR is still there.
