The company is a joint venture of GAIL and BPCL. I like to work in the operation and Maintenance department with my seniors. The work environment is great all employ will guide you in a proper direction. you will learn the latest technology in your field. You will learn how to work as a Team. Great Experience I had in MNGL.

...If we look for career growth in 'MNGL' as a Fresher, I do not prefer as a start. Salary is Good as compared to other CGD. Worst Politics No words. As a Trainee, you can learn many things but its depend on you and your HOD.

Compensation is decent , but growth is very slow because the work precess is not going to the right way.Work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls Inthe evening and sometimes late into the night.I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.Also there is no no on - job tranning for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good salary hike and bonus every year.

No, in Maharashtra natural gas Ltd., I Neve thought that some things are happening here or will happen. All the staff communicate with each other as a family member.

Good to work with such good Organisation. Open minded people who allow you to work by self. Great exposure to those who are self starter.

...r. Teammates are best and yes it always depends on your behaviour with them. Salary must be high as compared to work. There is no ongoing training for Fresher's. Growth is Slow.

Worst company to work with. No moral ethics. Salary not par with the industry, except for few employees. Working environment is the worst, as the person who works & gives results is held as culprit thus no job security.

Working itself in MNGL was the greatest nightmare I have gone through.
