Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The school has laid us off as soon the COVID 19 lockdown was announced. Terrible people I didn't expect this from such a reknown institution. Pathetic behaving by the administration.

I worked there from Fitkids (leapstart co.). I had learned many things in the school. My team was good and I had learned from school staff also.School give many opportunities to show our abilities and the best part is their work environment because everytime they need new things, and that’s the task to complete the challenges in a given time with better results. If I get an opportunity to work with Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls School, I am very greatful to work with them.
