Company's policies are very old and not suitable for outside people. Outside people are treated as scheduled caste in this company. Company higher management refuse to accept their decisions. No job security is there.

Company is not company but a shop like wise management refuse to accept their decisions on the next day. Not a good company to work. At the time of clearance they do not give pending money to employees.

Likes

Horrible environment, working culture, terrible manager and management specially electrical department. No safety rules, no job security even every time i felt ignored and underestimated.

Dislikes

Hopeless shameless worthless environment and working culture, even peoples at higher post can do anything to protect there job, so be aware do not join.
