Very good work experience in various fields .Good training , job security and development of leadership qualities in a good working environment with good salary and proper work life balance.

I have 25 years experience with MTNL in clerical cadre as an LDC, UDC, Supervisor, Section Supervisor and Chief Section Supervisor. It was my administrative cadre and I have work experience in administrative sections (i. e., Staff Section). I enjoyed my service as I was work in my own home as my own home was very near to my work place. My office colleagues and seniors from unit officers till G. M. were fimiiar to me. I had worked overall jobs dealt with transfers and postings of all cadres including supervsion.

Dislikes

I feel disturbance while concentrating my job completing if someone asks me to pay attention to someone's problem, this may forget me to complete the matter.

Totally secure and safe hai job but abhi to contract may leta hai permanent pe liya jaye to acha hai

Mtnl have to improve in some extra money in maintaining the telephone piller but the not think about that

MTNL gave me a good platform to grow technically as well as administratively. Got an excellent exposure to mobile, transmission, data network.

Dislikes

Work culture needs an improvement. Appropriate decision making management required. Attitude of the officers and staff need to have a positive approach.
