Location is a major drawback coal mines and dust in areas, headquarters are better, Promotions are as per policy decisions, performer and non performers are treated same and promoted on Sametime, good for leaving peaceful life who are not over ambitious. Every 03years transfers due to sensitive job of MM dept

i have been working at the of 19 & its been 3 to 5 month now , so i dont know the liking part about the company .

Job Security. Poor work culture. Sycophants get a cutting edge over the doers.

Least recognition for good performance. Higher Management normally do not listen and avail every chance to humiliate. Influential persons, such as netas or near ones, are given weightage and are listened. If presentation is not proper, even truth would not be listened.

Job security excellent Work culture good Management very bad, here the person who are not doing good work,but doing chamcha giri they are getting all facilities. The person who are doing hard work without chamchagiri they are suffered so many difficulty. One example the person staying near the mines they are getting qtr accommodation and they are not use it ,they put it in rent to other people. But we daily travel 40km far with full duty, but management not give qtr to us. So very bad. I don't know other people but ,I am fully suffered. But my Coal India is great company.I proud 4 CIL &MCL, JAY JAGANNATH
