There no work- life balance as such in this co. We are expected to work day n night without any extra pay but would deduct from salary for coming late . And during this Covid-19, there is no extra support as such,just company is providing full salary.

Dislikes

...job remains pending. Poor management. No leaves ( apart from national leaves) . Even if a employee takes sick leave, their salary would be deducted. Partial towards employees .

Not fit to be as a corporate company. Not at all recommended to work. The management is very poor. Behaviour of the senior management is worse towards junior employees. No job security, they fire people by giving lame excuses.

MCP is the manufacturing and Infrastructure development company .i engaged with the company in initial stage . company has good management who makes a good reputation in construction market. As an employ i thank full to MCP who give me a good experience of work in all aspects.

Dislikes

MCP is a good company but they have no plan for future .they are working with restricted funds. MCP has no trained staff in lower positions which effects. on Quality and Quantity of work.

The company is open to innovation nd readily adoptd latest manufacturing technology.i am the part of a team ,high quality product like steel .another plus point is that my collegues came from different cultural backgrounds

I have to work minimum 12 hours.straight in a day.managers do not value individuals,unique strengths.
