Work culture is not proper only shout for this simply reason. If company wants to grow up Md sir has to mind his language. Totally worst experience. Has many to learn but there are some of the limit to shout any of employee. Working environment and culture 0 star They do not adjust or train any fresher person to set in company environment. Worst experience got here in my 1st job.

Learning Environment from MD Ajay Satpute is best but rest of all worst. even she is BIG ZERO knowledge about the business. i surprise this kind of some people are in business.

On your work abilities you will not get hike e.g Blue collar to white collar for all they raise only 10% annual so what about who has work greater than expectation.
