I love to work in a diagnostic lab CARINGDx. One thing you get in Mahajan Imaging is Respect from juniors. HR policies, I don't like. I have been fooled 4 times by HR. But I didn't say anything to them and my seniors. Problem makers are all over the world. I used to do my work.

Dislikes

...of Job duties hear. But adding responsibility should be reflected in increments. No such significant difference in salary if you have not been promoted. So don't expect much.

In my 20 years of Professional life it is Best place to work. Mahajan imaging is like family. They take care of employees theirs family like their own. Work like balance is excellent. Best professionalism and work culture.

HR Department is terrible. The work culture is not systematic. Extra hours of work. They exploit the employee in each possible way. HR department doesn't know how to talk and hold personal grudges against the employees. The HR Department thinks they are the boss of the organisation and don't have the basic atticates and manners to talk. I won't prefer you to work in an organisation like this. The poorest HR department I have ever seen. They harass their employees.

Dislikes

Poor HR Department., Zero understanding. They think the employees who join the organisation are servants. I would not recommend anyone to join the organisation and would request to take strict actions against the HR department and change it as they don't know how to talk to a person. Management is really lazy and not up to the mark.
