Their style of allocation of work and implementation is very poor. One should have filed a case against such organisations regarding salary calculation....very poor .they charge heavily for absence..very poor senior managers too

... ever. Any level headed person will not like to spend a single day in this firm. Incompetent management with incompetent resources and a firm that has no intention to pay its employees their salary. FRAUD FIRM

...GETTING CLIENTS AND HIRING PEOPLE WITH FALSE PROMISES AND INCOMPLETE MANAGEMENT. You will join, if you do, at their will and under their conditions and if you try to leave, God help you coz they won't let you leave and also forget your pending salary with the firm coz they don't pay the pending dues ever. Also, witnessed a junior resource reprimanded in the office until he paid a penalty for leaving without serving notice.

There is so much to learn with good amount of exposure in various different industries.

Dislikes

Guiding path is missing in the organization. Employees are left unattended in case of any queries by few seniors and undue pressure is created at times of due dates for reports. Lack of planning from the start of the project which creates the pressure at the end. Leading to high amount of attrition rate in the team. Opinions of each individual should matter irrespective of the designation.

Likes

The quality of work one would learn and deliver is unparalleled. The learnings on best practices one would gain is enormous. Very demanding place yet very enjoyable and rewarding. Manish and Mahajan sir are two wonderful people one would get to work with in itself is a great opportunity.
