Job security. Salary not so good as per experience. I am satisfied my present work. I am doing all activities such as unit synchronisation and problem solving. My balance service one and half year.

Mahagenco is a semi government company hence employees are not eligible to take benefits allowed to Government employees. Like gratuity..

I work there by apprentice in diploma electrical. I like that job , my experience are good , i like field work. I have learned that new electrical maintenance DC motor, transformer, generator, industrial lighting etc.

Huge amount of pollution, risky work in all site.

They allow us to work from home. Being Government organization and nature of essential work of electricity generation, Job Security was inherent part. Work culture is good, with very healthy competition and accommodative. My nature of job was working with top management of the company hence I have an experience of working closely with CMD of the company. Company management is humane in working and open to innovation and latest technology.

Dislikes

Being Government organization, middle and top management has to work under political pressure, vested interest. Also have to cope up with policy implementation of different political nature.
