Management is bad no one address our issues. In Growth and salary hike there is lots of politics. There is no facility for employees except conveyance. Conditions of cafeteria is very bad.

One aspect I find challanging is the occasional tight deadlines and high-pressure situations, especially during financial reporting periods. Additionally, managing complex financial data can sometimes be overwhelming, requiring careful attention to detail and thorough analysis. However, despite these challenges, I appreciate the opportunity to continually grow and grow and improve in my role.

Everything is wrong in MMFL *Politics involved in each and every step. *Hard working employees are ignored, and Female employees get attentions. *They can you fire anytime.

No working culture, No system, accomodation is not provided by the company even the company is located at 25 km from the city that's why you can add 2 hours more in your working hour. High politics, no criteria for promotion & appraisal. HR policies are very poor, anytime employees can terminate without warning. Attrition rate is too high.
