Very bad environment to do work,Mr.Arnab Basu is a very worst person and Mr. sunil Singh is a non technical person.Plant head Mr Sen Gupat is a very very bad person..I did my job as production manager for one month only ,they wants more and more benifit within one month only,it is impossible to show self talent within one moth.Also management said to resign from the job imedetaily.It is very bad management ,so in this plant no job security.I joined in this organisation on 21 December 2020 after one month the management pressed to resign to me .what is this
