... low salaries and deny increments and incentives by giving unreasonable excuses. Employees are forced to work extra hours, including weekends, without compensation. Exiting the company is another struggle. They find excuses to withhold notice period salary or delay final settlements and documents and will make you chase them for months which will affect future opportunities. This is a toxic workplace with favoritism and a poor work culture. There is zero growth, both professionally and financially. Employers here prioritize their own profits over employee well-being. Not recommended.

Worked with the company for 6 months and regret doing so. The people who work with the company would feel good initially but then they start pushing you off limits and yeah they don't even pay you for that.

... has been terrible. The team is unprofessional they dig into your personal life. Many people who left the job are not even paid their salary and incentives.

It is being 2.5 years since am working over here and joining Magnus was one of my best career decision. Good work culture with no office politics, the team and the bosses are very cooperative and supportive, they are always ready to help and would never make you feel demotivated. Timely salaries and appraisals. Even during the pandemic not even a single employee was asked to leave and was paid timely. Transparent work culture.

Great working culture with flexi working hours. Directors have always extended support and are very co-operative.

Initially when I joined they were really good till 3 to 4 months.

They give wrong commitment to employees for appraisal and benefits. Favouritism, bad culture, torture employees every now and then. Whenever any employee try to leave they make sure they will destroy there career. Not giving statutory benefits not giving appraisals and FNF
