There is no security of the job, and the behavior of the owner is not cooperative towards the employees, fabric sourcing team amd merchandising team do not perform well.

I liked the environment of the company. I got a chance to hone my skills.I was very pleased to see that an old employee of Magnolia Martinique was promoted.

I feel that there are too many meetings at Magnolia Martinique due to which the senior staff is unable to concentrate on their work.

There is nothing to like working in Magnolia ….. such a terrible company to work with. Overall working turn around time is max 3-4 months in Merchandising department.

Pathetic work atmosphere. Management never respect any employee.

The only good thing was that the company had minimum overtime and work- home balance was good.

Dislikes

Director does not have stability of mind. He can praise a person one minute and can remove the same person in the second minute. Zero job security. No senior sane person sticks around in this company.
