I worked at Magnolia Bakery for 2 years and had a disappointing experience. Despite its potential, the bakery struggled with several internal issues that hindered growth and employee satisfaction. - *Underdeveloped work culture*: Employees were not adequately recognized or valued for their hard work and dedication, leading to low morale and high turnover. - *Lack of employee appreciation*: Staff felt unappreciated, which negatively impacted motivation and job satisfaction. - *Centralized decision-making*: Top managers made decisions without sufficient input from employees, limiting innovation and growth. - *Inconsistent policies and procedures*: Frequent changes to rules and procedures created confusion and inefficiencies. - *Insufficient staffing*: Inadequate manpower led to excessive workloads, stress, and burnout among employees. - *Inadequate management support*: Outlet managers received insufficient guidance and support from senior management, hindering their ability to effectively lead their teams. - *Communication gaps*: General managers could improve communication by providing clearer instructions and regular updates. - *Missed opportunities for feedback*: General managers rarely solicited feedback or suggestions from outlet managers, limiting opportunities for growth. - *Lack of emphasis on growth and innovation*: The company did not encourage feedback, and discussions about software, procedures, and progress were nonexistent. - *Disorganized inventory management*: The inventory management system was disorganized, leading to inefficiencies and wasted resources

If you don’t have a back support no matter how hard n well u work you can’t survive. Same mistake made by 2 people one gets terminated another gets promoted as they have a gods hand above them. In practical the genue and loyal staff gets played and removed, where as people bluffing around spoiling name of the company gets promoted, Policies are for the innocent people and it’s just a piece of paper for the people with the gods hand in head, Day dot change is a frequent thing and highlight it gets you a warning and resign but a person who does it gets higher power support n survives… Small organisation which high grouping and politics and the management is lame as they might also loose job hahaha

They give promotions as well to the staffs by observing their work and performances, who works really hard for their self and for the organization as well. We take care of every responsibility which we are provided with.
