Apart from Pay and office infrastructure, nothing is good about this company. Company is not bad but the people working in management are worse. they made the work environment so toxic and narrow mind that a good ad efficient employee can not survive and grow. NO JOB SECURITY even you got hired permanently or working from last 2-3 years they can do layoff anytime. Even though you are sick they will not give you any leave of WFH, or if you will take leave next day in team meeting they will scold you in front of everyone in meeting call which is really embarrassing. TA director is so egoistic that he will not listen your concern at all. If you will discuses anything with him and put your points forward, he will insult you like anything. for him, only he is right. though company's policy, infra, food, everything is good but because such toxic upper level management people there is No mental peace at all.

Dislikes

Company experience frequent changes in its management, with many high level executive, including CEO, being replaced abruptly, leading to the lack of job security for employees. As a result company's unstable business environment, there have been extensive lay offs of valuable assets. Directors are misusing their authorities and lack professionalism. Those who excessively praise their superiors can progress in this environment. Additionally, it seems that management has inflated ratings by pressuring employees to submit positive reviews, which raises a doubt about authenticity of the reviews. The management consistently falls short when it comes to effective team management and showing respect to their employees. Team dynamics suffer, and employees often feel undervalued and unsupported.

...pporting Leads and Managers always ready to help you in any difficult situation. Really loved working with this company good pay structure with lucrative night shift allowances policy. Learning opportunites are good great company to have the stability and growing career.

It does not have a structured or organized feedback system. Salary/promotions are given only in terms of seniority and not quality of work.
