Fantastic company to work with for freshers. you will get lot of opportunity to learn and grow but one will have to compromise on compensation. It’s below market standard. But I believe compensation is one which freshers should not be worried about but the amount of learning one get is more important. Nice colleagues, good manager’s. I would recommend it to freshers.

Work environment and colleagues are good but management is too worst.they won't process salary on time.we have to beg them for our salary.

We can have lot of opportunity to learn and there is no restriction like dress code we can come to office in casuals and we can interact with any other team without restrictions and good work life balance and good guidance from seniors

I have been working with MQ for past 5 years. I have learnt a lot over these years and it has helped me incline in my career path. The team is really supportive and dedicated towards work. Good work place with good environment.

There are no team building activities. Some times it gets boring
