Team work and learning experience was really good for a fresher. Politics was the worst one especially by the senior managers.

Politics especially by the senior managers. Few of them even harassed their subordinates.

Job security is there but not growth. You will learn many things in first two years.

Dislikes

Depends on department to department. Poor work culture, higher management will give u lots of work by saying you are senior and you have to manage alone the task of two. Poor team management, seniors will put unnecessary pressure. No good compensation, no leadership quality in bosses. Repetitive and laborious job. No one talks about new idea. Your suggestions will not be consider in front of seniors.

Magma housing finance working culture are good with 100% job satisfaction and job security. Magma help during Covid - 19 lock down through work from home to all employee and after lock down learn all security point like keep mask, keep 3 feet distance, hand wash etc all paint remember to all employee par day. Also Magma housing finance donate some fund in PM Covid - 19 fund which is help for Covid patent. THANKS TO MAGMA FOR GETTING THIS OPPORTUNITY TO ME

The company is adaptive toward new and updated technology and changes with the current scenario. Teach a lot to the employee about the policies, work enhancement by their training sessions and empower them to give their best.

Dislikes

Company have decent schedule and work culture but not respected and practice by the team. Late night working, holidays forcefully working, more then 12 hours working, office politics, etc
