Likes

The company had hold the entire department on Leave without Pay (LWP) during lockdown and that is justificable (Covid-19) but, the company hasn't recall the employees when the market got stable and instead started hiring new employees.

No growth at all, work pressure is at its peak they won't leave you even after your shift ends and they will call you for their work irrespective of where you are and what time it is they will force you to complete the task

They guys are offering good package only.

Upper level senior doesn't have manners how to talk with junior, there is no time limit of office. He doesn't allow to go home executive until daily productivity doesn't met, either it's 10pm or more.they think all are not human just a donkey who can carry stuff of samast Daily, no personal life , reporting time was midnight 12'0 clock and it can be streched by 2 pm. But morning reporting time would be 9 am sharp but there no timing to go home and you can get call anytime whatever the time @2 am midnight as well. There are no cabin system, even not a fixed docot , we have to sit between executive and anytime , anyone can took your chair if you were not on seat. Any junior employee can abuse on any senior level employee and can misbehave , shouting just because he/she is old in the company and someone GM , VP, Sr. Manager who joined new , his no prestige, an old staff have more power than newly joined managers. Trust issues, companies poillictics so much. Junior staff always ready with his outsider frnds team to betten anyone if any argument happens with sr. Person and company didn't take any action. Anytime company can ask to leave. No job security. Manners can't manage their team by themselves they have to follow uper level instructions if target doesn't met so only manager will be responsible

No work life Balance,work is done at 12 AM midnight also and No job security is there.Unrealistic Targets are given to employees which is unachievable.They are playing with the career of Candidates.
