It’s an unprofessional organization. They took 4/5 rounds of interviews. Gave assignments and at the end offered a salary way below the expectations. Actually I conveyed the hike to be 50% initially on every call they confirmed and offered a raise of 10% merely!

Dislikes

They are unprofessional. Conduct interviews to waste time and have no budget still interview candidates will higher package and those asking for a good hike. Later negotiate on extremely low salaries
