It was a bad one. No one was very bothered with what is happening.

Dislikes

They do not pay salaries on time and full and final settlements are left to the whims and fancies of a few. I for one have yet to receive mine even though I quit the company over 2 years ago!

It was extremely different organisation from other timeshare company in term of work life balance but actually situation is more or less same here in magic also.

Dislikes

Leadership team is least concern about their dr's and middle management is also under fear of loss so they actually do want other to perform. Not comfortable we others only comfortable with their old subordinates. Most importantly zonal head is not more than a unit manager because they never want to pass on the authority to city or circle head . Evan want to handle telemarketing executive directly.
