No clarity of business. The father and daughter think that they know everything. But they are dumb people with no business sense. Average life span at a leadership position is in days not even in months. They hire PPL from good companies and then do show Shaw baji on LinkedIn. They never give autonomy to leadership ppl to operate. Company Kam chalate hai self branding platform jada hai. Office ke diwaron par apni hi photo chipka rakhi hai.They only trust two of there oldtimers and always live in fear that someone will copy there business model and take away the clients. They call themselves study abroad company but place PPL in the role like butchery, carpenter, poultry. AC nahi chalate, office ki safai nahi karate, internet ke liye 5 wifi connection liye hai , apni seat se hate to dusra wifi connect karo. employees ko ache review likhne ke liye bolte hai, calling crm ek din achanak se band kyonki vendor ko payment nahi gayi, bhool gaye the. Agar Ghar baithe ho join karna ye company muh mange paise par but purani company is company ke liye mat chorna. They play with PPL profile. Interview me bahut mast se baat karte hai. They want to be unicorn....but ho na payega

... are allowing all this to happen at the cost of company's health and existence . I am sure that is surely a heavy price they are ready to pay happily. If a new hire can pick up these issues , how come for years they let these go unnoticed? Anyway I wish everyone best. May Miss GM Sales find healing from her insecurities and attachment to her chair which seems to be the source of so much chaos at Magic Billion. I am sure daily some magic keeps happening there in terms of people coming and leaving the organization.

Beware: Dear Female Colleagues, think twice before joining this company. It has now turned into a hub of unprofessional behavior. I left a few months ago, and a similar issue persists. GM Global Business, who also serves as the POSH Chief, is blatantly biased toward her two favorites - one (male) engaged in inappropriate relationships and the other (female) manipulating female employees for his benefit. The POSH chief supports them, and before you know it, you might find yourself terminated while they remain unaffected. What's even more shocking is that the company's CEO is a woman, yet she refuses to acknowledge any concern raised against this GM. GM skillfully manipulates words and CEO seemingly indifferent, chooses to ignore other voices. Stay Cautious, everyone from this company where POSH Chief is fully biased, you are not safe.

No promotions , unrealistic targets,no incentives into sales ,zero work life balance ,no appreciation of your hard work please do not join sales team specially inside sales team worst work culture and environment.
