There is not much decision making left for people in middle management- everything is decided by CEO and COO. The office infra needs improvement with proper facilities like washrooms, vending machine, parking space etc. Work life balance can be better. Growth opportunities are very limited as the company size is relatively small.

Work environment is exceptional , growth opportunity both skill-wise and as a human being is phenomenal. Management always give the responsibility to the employees so that they could get the exposure and try to think in innovative way.

somehow i feel that parameter of appraisal is not same for all rather bit partial. very average salary structure. HR team should be more strong and active. too much CEO/COO dependent company. work life balance would be the main negative point about this organization.

Honest and carefully handled quality controlled end product makes this manufacturing company the best in the industry. There is no compromise on the standard of the products bought and manufactured. This should bring peace at heart for all here.

One eyedness of the manegement for one/two persons whose actual presence do not have any value addition.

Considering a lower revenue sector and niche segment the company focuses on best engineering practices. The end products and quality consciousness is truly admirable. Every person is reachable at HO specially the CEO, COO and CFO.

Dislikes

Office premise could have been better. The 'residential flat converted into office' doesn't give a proper impression of corporate. Company doesn't want to diversify the businesses resulting in stunted growth. The dependency of business is only with Road, Railway bridges which is too small if you consider the Infrastructure boom post 2022 in India.
