I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Big company to work.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very less and career growth is next to nothing. They put on probation period for one year and then ask to give resignation after using us for a year.

Dislikes

Confused management for taking any decision. No job security. Lot of politics in every dept than work. Management not consider review from employees. No value for works who do sincerely so no work satisfaction at any time. No appreciation for the sincere employees. "Forest" rules are running in this organisation. Non technical employees has more payment than technical employees.No value for technical & sincere people's.Non technical people's are closer to management than technical . In this organisation only those employees will work who has not self respect & attitude.
