I got the opportunity to work with a wonderful team and very good mangers. There's politics in every company but it depends on how we deal with it. For me i had the best years in Maersk. My personal life was so balanced without much workload. There were several trainings which i attended and it was very great.

Dislikes

I joined Maersk as a fresher so salary wise it was low but apart from salary work was great without any pressure or compulsion. A very good environment and so many activities apart from daily work. Managers are so cool and keep encouraging the teams every now and then. One get the opportunity to stand up and make a decision n grow.

Company work culture is unstable, lots of organization wide meetings, too much transparency , unnecessary pressure but no proper work. Too much idealism, unnecessary pressure specially on new joiners. Laying off with proper reasons.

I like the work culture in Maersk.. it is an employee oriented company, particularly safe for women employees in all aspects. Opportunity to grow is very high

Salary wise you cannot expect much in this concern, single digit hikes, otherwise all good

...ent support is moderate, but you can connect to your senior management directly. Company policies are good for general PL, Maturing & Paternity leaves, Salary, mediclaim's etc. You can feel of woking with Global Giant Danish Shipping Company!!

Year hike & promotion are to low as compare with other MNC'S.. If any one want to grow fastly in terms of their financial & professional in their career then this is not the right place bec of high hierarchy in positions & low increment after promotions. For IJP in other teams candidate should effort their own for traning & process knowledge along with there working hrs as a adhoc. Soft skill training is there but not helps in process knowledge!!

Salary offered in initial stages is pretty much higher.

Dislikes

No job security, no career growth opportunities, no increment ( 3 to 4 %). It's better to work in Lala ji ka shop. I would recommend not to joined at any moment in this organisation
