The Overall work culture of the company. To begin with the training is minimal. The expectations increase with time and too much pressure is given on the employees. There is little or no interference from the TL or the Managers as they have very little or no knowledge of the overall process. No Benchmark in the organization.

No problem in getting leave .people are understanding if any issues.

... not as told at the time of interview. Notice period is 3 months non negotiable. They are not accepting even if we are ready to pay for 1-2mnths. There are many disgruntled people who dont work and quality is doelwn in many departments as they are not letting ppl go

There is no job security. Not a great place to work with two faced people and double standards . Tl will show up to office Thrice in a year . Tl was arrogant and rude and threatened for my career growth in Diversion Team
