Employee retention is not believed in not sure for women but it was not tried. No options were given, ready to hire new resource with higher level and salary but for existing who was star performer still no efforts. Specially GSC INDIA

You simply cannot ask for more from any company during this time, there has been no single day pay cut and they are supporting a complete Work From Home by providing either a complete movement of you office desk or getting a laptop assigned along with docking for monitor (that too company provided). Apart from this Dongle are given to users who need them and cherry on top is providing invertors where there is frequent power cuts. Its truely an great experience working with Maersk. WE VALUE PEOPLE !!

if you stay in this company for long time, they will not increase your salary as per market standard, instead of you they hire external person with high salary

Maersk employees rate the overall salary and benefits package 4.1/5 stars need to improve. Need to give more opportunities for the experience employees rather than taking employees from outside of company.
