Maersk gsc captive BPO. It always welcome PPL with extra skills and who are ambitious in their career. It has broken the myths like PPL who are well versed in communication can grow up the ladder. It not so with very good process skills and average and below average communication can take you until a lead level. However these things depends on your reporting manager and management as well

Dislikes

The compensation and hikes and promotions are very poor for the long tenured resources. And there is no concept of vacation leaves and other government holidays for users and it's exceptional only for leads and managers.

Good experience with Maersk in terms of growth, work life balance, salary, employees care during covid. Yes up and down in every where like I am doing night shift, I don't like.

Dislikes

There is so minor scope for career growth or salary appraisal even you work hard. To much Politics happening there and it spoil working environment. HR Process is so slow and they even don't care about your after resign process.

Work Life balance is a key advantage in this org. You will be getting one time bonus every year based on the companies performance which is very appreciable. You will be getting additional PERK of INR 1700 as Sodexo which is 80% contribution by employer.

Growth is disappointed as now they have changed the policy of promotion

...get to work with amazing colleagues and have access to an amazing dev community. The compensation is good but not amazing. But still a place to stay long term.

Dislikes

The compensation is a good but not great. HR policies are not that great. But they are constantly improving and its getting a lot better like notice period was reduced from 3 to 2 months.
