Nothing at all. I never write negative reviews but people should be aware before they join this organisation. The only plus side is the beautiful campus. There’s no life outside the campus.

...hey encourage it on papers. The administration doesn’t know what they are doing. Salary is the lowest one can offer, appraisal happens without any rhyme and reason. The senior teachers won’t even look at you and would never support you. There was no orientation and they won’t tell you about the rules, only when you break them, you’ll be called and thrashed like you’re a child. No respect from the principal. He has no respect for the teachers, especially freshers or bachelors.

I like MIT because timely salary is given.

I don't like appraiser system as they told before joining really they don't do. job security is not seen. For higher education like phd NOC is given.How can one work without job security.if all the above problems will solve mit will really florish.
