As you can see , their monetary compensation and benefits are very good.. But other aspects are very poor. So it is not the right place for a person in the beginning or middle of his career. I joined this company after 58 years of age and worked there for three & half years and after that I was indirectly compelled to leave the Organiisation.

The company does want to keep well experienced for long for the high compensation they and create an atmosphere such that the person feels compelled to leave
