The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that makes games for a worldwide audience and not for specific clients. As a result, I learned a lot. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

...ave to learn by yourself and if you succeed then do not expect any appreciation. If you are not valuable to them then they will decrease your offered salary package at any moment of time. Read the contract letter very carefully before joining. They tricked you to break the contract for the entire 1.5 years, which means to pay them 3 times of your salary, while they can terminate you at any time without giving anything. Once you join the company, they will keep safe the 15 days salary in advance of the first month, hence mentally you will be forced to bound for the company. Do not expect you will be paid for serving the notice period. Horrible leave policy, a leave monthly. They control your office attendance and based on this give you a monthly salary. A varied distinguish between old and new employee demotivates highly. In short, your entire time will be spent on this unproductive work. The top management has husband-wife, sister and sister-in-law.

No perks on hard work, immediate release their employees without any notice or incentive when they hire more than necessary even after 3-5 years. No job safety, no positive work culture as rules get changed every 3-4 months related to

I hired as a trainee at Mad Over Games and learned a lot from here.My colleagues and teammates are very generous and helped me in every situation over the course of my job.Everything is very precise and optimum in term of what technology they are using here to make games.What I most like about is that It is a product based company,It has its own in house products designed and developed by a good team of game designers,artists and developers.So the development take time but the resulting final output is excellent.

There is nothing to dislike here everything seems perfect as long as you have passion about what you are making.

It is tha worst company I have work in. No proper policy. I am still working in this company nither me nor any of my office colleagues is happy with that management. And our Bose is that worst boss any one can have.
