It is a very bad company. They never give salary on time. Senior MD is the only person who tries o take all responsibilities. There is no leave policy nor HR policies.

Dislikes

Salary provides after 2/3 months. They never keep their promises. There is no work environment and for system or laptop also one have to request several times

Likes

Its a good experience to work in sector agnostic firm. The learning is immense. The India Head the MD of the company is the only demerit in this organization. Worked with good team, youngsters wanting to prove themselves. One gets a chance to work with high end people of various companies.

Dislikes

Compensation is fine but timely salary is a demerit. Everyone works aggressively to close the deal but benefits goes to the MD only. There is no contact of any employee with the US head office. Universal culture is not followed. Benefits of closing a deal go to Head office in US or the India Head only. No work life balance. No job security or benefits like insurance or even PF.
