We feel that there are not possible to developing our core skills becouse of no certainty of work performance.

There was nothing like job security everything was running on their own rules.. Everyday they changed there rules and change thier shift not according to the need but according to thier own ego..... Managmnent was worst.. There is nothing like called management

At the time of project construction there is lots of things have good knowledge like civil electrical and mechanical and the official knowledge like dock mutations of various sides

There is no timing of work salary is not given time by time salary growth is very poor
